Kauai Vacation Rental Rate Information

Thank you for inquiring about the Gillin Beach House. When you contact us, please let us know the number of people in your party and the dates you will be needing accommodations. We do have a six person maximum, with no exceptions.

PAYMENT POLICY: A $500 deposit per week is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit, which is separate from the rent, will be refunded to you by mail approximately 4 weeks following your departure. Deducted from the deposit will charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning costs, long distance telephone charges, and replacement costs for lost keys (up to $500 for special keys).

CANCELLATIONS: Except for Christmas bookings, with a 60-day written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If less than 60 days written notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited unless the house can be re-rented.

2009 RATES

Low Season Rate: (May 1 – June 15 & September 8 – December 14)
$3,090.00 per week, plus tax

High Season Rate: (January 8 – April 30 & June 16 – September 7)
$3,525 per week, plus tax

Christmas Season Rate: (December 15 – January 7)
$4,000 per week, plus tax

KEYS & DIRECTIONS: Keys can be picked up at Makai Properties in Poipu – (1941-B Poipu Road). Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Directions to the house will be provided when your rent is received (90 days prior to your arrival date). The house is accessed via a short drive on a sugar cane road, approximately 5 minutes from the Grand Hyatt Kauai in Poipu. Please be careful, any lost keys will be replaced at your cost ($500).

FURNISHINGS: The house is completely furnished and includes linens and kitchen items. There are sleeping accommodations for up to six guests.
